what is life coaching?

Life coaching is a powerful one-on-one self development program which will help you identify where you are now, understand how you got here and gain awareness of how to move forwards with clarity, strategy, focus and purpose.

Cheryne uses an integrative approach including NLP (neuro linguistic programming), positive psychology, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), stress management, mindfulness, grounded spiritualism, wellness and her own wisdom to help you create a practical and logical plan to achieve authentic happiness in your life.Cheryne believes in and follows her own unique coaching model which includes taking a person through 3 stages of growth..Self Reflection, Self Discovery and Self Mastery.

Self Reflection is the stage where you learn to reflect on who you are, know your beliefs, and understand how significant events of the past have shaped your present. Self Discovery is the stage of learning what you need to truly thrive. This includes identifying your values, your visions and your goals. Once you have a clear understanding of who you are and what you need you move into the Self Mastery Stage, which is about defining your meaning & purpose and implenting this purpose in everything you do.
